SWVX-13207 Switchboard displays Blank lines in Queue Member Activity Widget

Affects Version: 6.7 and above
Expected Resolution: In Progress

Description: In some circumstances the Queue Member Activity Widget displays blank lines where it should be displaying an extension name. Other queue Widgets are unaffected. 

Workaround: The issue can be temporarily cleared by logging out of Switchboard and back in.
