Before creating the Node Association object, the interfaces (Control, Data A, and/or Data B) must first be configured with a Services IP address on any interface and a Media IP address on interfaces Data A or Data B. The Service IP addresses created are bound to the interface selected when configuring the IP Address object. Once the Service IP addresses are created, the SIP IP Address object can be created using the Enum Client. This object configures the parameters needed to communicate with the SIP stack including the IP Addresses that are configured as Service IP Addresses. The packet facilities can then be created and bound to the Media IP address created. The SIP Channel Group, External Gateway, and IP Network Element can be created and configured so the SIP Channel Group can communicate with a remote gateway. Lastly, the Node Association object is created to bind the Packet Facility and SIP IP Address that will communicate with the SIP stack. Refer to links below.

Node

Select from the drop down menu the Physical Node (IMG 2020). Once the node is selected, The Service IP Address and Media Packet Facility fields below it can be configured. The node selected determines what Service IP addresses and Packet Facilities are available to be configured.
