The T3Mux has been optimized to interwork with four Sangoma A108 PCIe cards.
A server with four A108 cards + T3Mux can achieve full T3 capacity using only 14 RJ45 cables.
A straight RJ45 cat5 or cat6 Ethernet cable can be used to connect T3Mux to A108 RJ45 port.
Each RJ45 (cat5/6) straight cable carries 2 T1 lines. (4 wires for each port)
Each T3Mux only takes up 1U of rack space.
Up to 3 x T3Mux boxes can be placed on a single 1U 19'' rack.
A108 cards must be configured in LINEAR hardware RJ45 port map mode.
Minimum wanpipe driver that support LINEAR operation mode: wanpipe-3.5.24.tgz
