When entering the caller ID number that you wish to block in the main menu, you should not include the dial -out prefix, this is only for outbound calls. For example, use 2225551212 instead of 92225551212.
If you receive 11 digit caller ID numbers, e.g, 12225551212 instead of 2225551212, or 02225551212 instead of 2225551212 PBXtra will be unable to block the call. PBXtra cannot read nonstandard caller ID formatting that begins with 1 or 0. You'll need to contact your telecom service provider to modify your caller ID service.
