New & Improved
Campaign & Branding - Revamping the “create notification” tab, “Campaigns” is now emphasized as the main engine of the app. Configure campaigns smoothly with a new step-by-step wizard, customize your messages with company branding and more!
Enhanced Menu - Contacts and Mailing Lists are now under the Audience tab for quick access.
Number Management - Effortlessly manage SMS numbers for your campaigns. View numbers already enabled with 10DLC and swiftly assign unused numbers to your campaigns.
Introducing Segments - Categorize contacts into segments for more intuitive contact list management. Create distribution lists by selecting either contacts or one or more mailing lists. For more information reference the Segments User Guide.

For email-only Campaigns, providing an SMS number is no longer mandatory when creating a mailing list. Reference the Sangoma Send - Mailing List Guide for more details.
Tags can now be assigned to contacts. Tagging a contact enables you to include all contacts sharing the same tag within a campaign.
Labels have been removed.
