License Details
Currently, the portal Sangoma Portal has two license SKUs for scribe, and the details are as follows.Scribe:
Sangoma Scribe (FPBX-C01M-SCRIBE) License is valid for one month (followed by auto-renewal) and includes 1000 minutes of processed audio shared among all users on your FreePBX deployment.
Please note that the Scribe license includes 1000 minutes each month, and any unused minutes do not carry over to the following month.Sangoma Scribe—Top Up Minutes (FPBX-C01M-SCRIBETUM): Top-up Up Minutes are valid for 3 months from purchase and include 1000 minutes to process audio files. The minutes are shared across all users on your FreePBX deployment.
Please note that the Scribe module first utilizes the monthly allocated minutes, and once those are exhausted, it will begin using the Top-Up
