How to purchase Scribe License
License Details
Currently, the portal has two license SKUs for scribe, and the details are as follows.
Sangoma Scribe (FPBX-C01M-SCRIBE) License is valid for one month (followed by auto renewal) and includes 1000 minutes of processed audio shared among all users on your FreePBX deployment.
Please note that the Scribe license includes 1000 minutes each month, and any unused minutes do not carry over to the following month.Sangoma Scribe—Top Up Minutes (FPBX-C01M-SCRIBETUM): Top-up Minutes are valid for 3 months from purchase and include 1000 minutes to process audio files. The minutes are shared across all users on your FreePBX deployment.
Please note that the Scribe module first utilizes the monthly allocated minutes, and once those are exhausted, it will begin using the Top-Up minutes.
How to purchase license via Portal
Log in to Sangoma portal at https://portal.sangoma.com/
Click on the link below to view the list of Scribe license SKUs.
For FreePBX Deployment => FreePBX Scribe license
For PBXact Deployments => PBXact Addon license
Enter your PBXact Deployment ID and press the next button to list the addon licenses.
The Sangoma Scribe (FPBX-C01M-SCRIBE) is mandatory for the scribe module to function. Increase the quantity based on your business needs, then press the Add button to add it to the cart
Click on Your Cart button and press the Checkout button
Enter your deployment ID on the Search deployment ID box.(For PBXact the deployment id will be populated automatically)
Click on the Terms and Conditions box and click on the Process Order button to complete the order.
If you want to add top-up Scribe minutes to your deployment, add the Sangoma Scribe—Top Up Minutes to the cart and follow steps 4 to 6
After purchasing the scribe license , update the license on your freepbx system.
Navigate to sysadmin → Activation and press the Update Activation button.
