Reset DB10N/DB10E Basestation

  • Navigate to http://IPaddress/, where IPaddress is the IP address of your basestation.

    • Login using the username/password you configured in Endpoint Manager or the admin/admin for an unconfigured basestation

  • Navigate to Management

  • Click "Default Base Station".

The basestation LED will flash orange for a few moments while it attempts to retrieve a new configuration.

Any handsets that are registered to the basestation will become unregistered, and will need to be registered again.

Reset D10M Handset

  • Open the main menu by pressing the select button

  • Navigate to Settings

  • Scroll down to "Reset settings" and press the select button

    • Enter the Access Code you configured in Endpoint Manager for the basestation.

    • Press the select button

The handset will be re-registered with the basestation if it was previously registered.
