IMG 1010 - Adjacent Translator
Description
The Adjacent Translator object in ClientView is created under the Subsystem Number. Within the Adjacent Translator object is the Point Code Field. This field is a drop down menu which includes the Destination Point Codes of the Routes that were configured under the Stack set up for TCAP/SCCP messaging. Select the DPC which represents the node that will do the Global Title Translations. This entity should be one of the selections in the Point Code field.

Field Descriptions
Point Code
This field is automatically populated with the Destination Point Code that was configured in the Route ID: Pane. The Destination Point Codes that are available in the drop down menu will display only the Point Codes from the routes configured under the stack configured for SCCP/TCAP messaging. In this topic it is 'stack 0' as displayed above. The routes configured under other stacks such as stack 1 and stack 2 will not be available.
