How to Locate Customer ID Number

• You can locate your Customer ID number from 2 different places in the Sangoma Portal.

• When logged in you can click on your User Profile tab on the top right corner by clicking on your name
  

  

• the menu will slide down and show you your Customer Number
  

  

• You can also view your Customer Number or any other Customer that you have permissions to see by brining up your organization inside the Portal under the Users/Customers Section

• Click on Users/Customers > List Customers
  

  

• Locate the Customer Name and in the table you will see the Customer Number
