Receiving Support

  1. Once you log in to your PBXact Cloud account, you should see a screen like this:

  2. From here, select the option, SUPPORT, from the options on the left.

  3. A new Kayako Support window will open in your browser. You will see your ticket details with additional information you can modify.

  4. Additional User Information:

    1. Billing Responsibility: This is the account that will be billed with this support request. Make sure this field is accurate.

    2. Deployment: Choose the deployment that applies to this request. Deployments can be added through the portal by clicking Deployments>Register.

    3. Support Credit Left: This is your current support credit balance on your account.

  5. PBXact Cloud Ticket Category:

    1. Here you can choose which Category this ticket is being opened for.

  6. Your Message:

    1. Subject: Please provide a simple, accurate subject that describes your support request.

    2. Body: Please provide as much detail in the body section to better help us understand your specific request.

    3. Attach Files: Please attach any files that would assist us with your request.

  7. Press the Submit button when you are finished.
