Step 1 - Check to see if you are already running the latest version
Open the Sangoma TeamHub Desktop App.:
Click on the TeamHub logo
at the to left corner of the window. Check the version of your desktop app.
If your desktop version is the lower then version 3.1.2 follow the steps below to update to the latest version.Click the TeamHub logo again to close the TeamHub Info pop-up.
Step 1 - Download the TeamHub Desktop App
Open the https://teamhub.sangoma.com/ webpage.
Login using your Sangoma credentials.
Click the Home icon in the menu on the left side of the page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the appropriate desktop option.
Step 2 - Install the TeamHub Desktop App
Open the downloaded file.
The installation start.
If you are updating TeamHub you may be required to force close TeamHub.
