Outbound Caller ID Number

Configuring outbound caller ID Number is the same for all Fonality customers, please see the instructions here.

 

Outbound Caller ID Name

US Customers on CP release version 2010.1.19 or higher can also configure outbound caller ID Name (CNAM) via the http://cp.fonality.com web panel's Options -> Settings tab. Please see screenshots below.
