SWVX-13825 Refresh Softphone Button Does Not Function under Manage Phones

Description: When Managing an extension's additional phones by pressing the Manage next to the extension under Setup -> Extensions -> Manage, the Refresh button does not function as expected. The window it creates does not allow any further navigation or clicking, and the browser tab will need to be closed to navigate away.
