SWVX-13714 Peer Failing to Complete Sync

Description: After updating peered systems, the peer Sync process will fail to complete. Sometimes this will display "SSL Read Timeout." This is caused by a resync request that is built into the update process in Switchvox. If the resync request is sent while the peered system has not been updated, it can cause future syncs to also fail.
Workaround: You can work around this issue by deleting and recreating the peer on both systems.
