Alerts Manager allows administrators to create and modify Subscriptions for one or more subscribers to various email alert messages. You can also search the Alert Logs.

Subscriptions

Create Alert Subscription

  • Subscriber Name. Enter the subscriber's name.

  • Subscriber Email. Enter the subscriber's email.

Alert Levels  

  • Info. Information that does not include failures or data loss.

  • Warning. Warnings that failures or data loss could happen.

  • Error. Failures or data loss.

Categories

  • Backups. Issues creating backup files, or transferring them to the FTP server.

  • Call Recordings. Issues creating call-recording files, or transferring them to the FTP server.

  • Faxes. Issues receiving faxes.

  • Rescue. Issues with Rescue.

  • Scheduled Reports. Issues scheduling or running reports.

  • System. Issues with memory, disk, or load.

  • Voicemail.  Errors saving voicemail. 

Alert Logs

You can search the Alert Logs by setting a range of dates and time, filtering the Alert Level and Category type.
