Give Busy Signal
This action gives the caller a busy signal for the number of seconds specified. The busy signal is not interruptible, but it does not hang up the call. After it plays, the IVR continues as normal.
Signal Timeout in Seconds. Select the number of seconds that the busy signal plays.
