Installation
Once you have been assigned a Sangoma SMS License via the Sangoma Business Voice portal:
You will be assigned one of your location's existing phone numbers.
You will receive a welcome email that includes the application installation instructions.
If you haven’t received a welcome email, contact your location or customer admins to request a Sangoma SMS license. You can install the Sangoma SMS mobile application via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Once you have installed the application you can login to the application using your Sangoma Credentials.
You can also access this app on TeamHub Web or Desktop. It will show up automatically in TeamHub as a new app on the left nav bar once your license is enabled.
Make sure your DID is registered to a verified campaign (10DLC regulation) to avoid any disruptions.
Note: Sangoma SMS is currently supporting the Business Voice platform. This will soon support the CommUnity platform.
