Features / Functionality / Enhancements:

• TEAMHUB TALK

  • Improvement, Username field is now prepopulated on the login screen.

• ESSENTIAL LICENSE

  • Enhancements around our existing Essential License to allow KLH users (Kitchen, Lobby and Hallway) to be added to Ring Groups with additional line level features.

• SANGOMA P-SERIES PHONES

  • Upgrades in call management, user status and hotdesking along with BLF and line key customization.

Bugs:

• ADMIN PANEL:

  • Improvements on how queues are handled (including selection, deletion, appearance email/ message notifications and wrap up timers)

  • myHUD fixes (improvements in team management; extended timeout settings) 

  • Updates on user account handling, BLF status and Caller ID display for parked calls.

• MISCELLANEOUS

  • Resolved issues associated with reactivations, extension assignment and DTMF recognition during conference calls.
