Vocoder Order - Rearrange
The order that the vocoders appear in the Web GUI object tree are the order in which they are used. The entries are listed in descending priority. In the example below the first entry which is G711 ulaw has more of a priority than entry 3 which is Clear Channel. In this example, the IMG 2020 will use the codec configured in the first entry before using the codec in entry 3. The Web GUI also allows the order of the profile entries to be modified.
To set the priority, select an entry from the Web GUI tree and change its priority by dragging the entry up or down the list. As the entry is dragged up or down the list, either a blue line or a red circle will appear. The blue line indicates you can move the entry to that position. A red circle indicates the entry cannot be moved to that particular location and if placed there, will automatically move back to its original location. In the screen capture below the highlighted entry was moved from position 6 to position 4.

In the 1st screen capture on the left below, the Vocoder G.723 6.3 Kbps was moved from the last position in the list to the 4th position. The second screen capture on the right displays the list after the move has been made.

In the screen capture below, the vocoder cannot be moved outside the IP Profile list. A red circle informs the user that moving to that location cannot be done.
