If you try to start the SIP protocol on more contexts than you have licenses for, then the SIP stack will crash.
A bug in the use of the C++ STL has been fixed.
9253: Fusion EVRC payloadID checking fix. When the EVRC decoder receives payloadID not equal to either 99 or 100, it drops them during the payloadID check (Fusion mpf validate packet). PayloadID should be configurable - so the improper check has been removed. (12/09/2010)
