Memory leak in 24 bytes ChunkAllocator

Question: Why am I seeing Memory leak in 24 bytes ChunkAllocator in event viewer on my NCA server? 

Answer: 

On your NCA server you may find this message printed in your event viewer. The message at first glance appears to be a serious issue, but this is just verbose logging from NCA during shutdown. 

At the time of shutdown the NCA service will do some checks and this is when this message could print. This does not indicate a memory leak on the NCA server, it indicates some active calls were up during the shutdown process. 

This message can be ignored all together if you intended to shutdown NCA when calls were active. If you did not intended to do this then please verify that your dialer has no active calls before shutting down NCA. 

Conclusion: Ignore this message, it does not indicate a memory leak on the server.
