FreePBX Sound Prompts (Voice Prompts)
Recordings MUST be added to FreePBX as sln and sln16. If you are on a FreePBX system you can easily convert them with the FreePBX convert script: https://gist.github.com/tm1000/3b5f6432292e284d666d06c3b1fd8e7f
FreePBX uses sound prompts from the following groups
Asterisk Core Prompts (Requires Sound Recordings 1.5 or newer for all prompts needed) If using lower then 1.5 you may be missing some prompts that FreePBX uses.
These are provided by Numerous Authors and some packages have different licenses that you need to accept when installing the package from Sound Languages module in FreePBX 13.

If you wish to submit a new language for FreePBX you will first need to make sure you have all the Core Sound Files for asterisk done and submitted as outlined here.
These are custom prompts that FreePBX had recorded for specific features inside FreePBX that did required specific sound prompts. They are included in the actual modules of FreePBX for the following languages and do NOT need anything installed from Sound Languages module.
