Fonality - Check Voicemail from User Panel

All of your voicemail messages are available from your User Panel.  You can listen to the messages directly from your web browser, or you can download the messages for later review if you're on-the-go.

1. In your web browser, go to  cp.fonality.com

2. Login with your Web Username and Web Password

3. You will see a summary of your Voicemail box at the top

4. Click on either the new message or saved messages text to access your voicemails

5. The page redirects you to the voicemail detail view

6. Click the speaker icon (circled in red above) to listen to the message directly from within your web browser. You can also forward the message to someone else, save the message, or delete the message.
