Reset my server - How do I?

  1. Click on Options --> reset server

  2. Choose from the options listed on the page.  Each type of reset command includes an explanation of it's specific function.

 

Note: This will restart the Asterisk call routing software, but not reboot the server.

 

Fonality recommends you only reset your server after business hours if at all possible.  Please keep in mind that your PBXtra operates using computer software.  The software must be running in order for your system to allow users to place and receive calls.
