Email Address in Control Panel - Admins
In January 2016, Fonality released a new version of Video Collaboration. This new version includes several new features like advanced scheduling and assigning a unique meeting ID for every user. Â

Because of these new features, it is necessary for Fonality to capture a unique and valid email address for each licensed user.Â

Here are quick Admin instructions on how to confirm or add an email address to User Profiles:

Administrator Instructions
Log into the control panel (CP)
Click Users / Extensions --> View Users
Click on any user name
Click the "Apply All Changes" button
Repeat for all Video Collaboration licensees.
