'Deliberate Error' Error

This is a forced error that can appear when the machine can not determine which disks should be used.
To assist in resolving this, please switch to a terminal and run the command 'send-logs'. The output will look like this:
After that has completed, please create a ticket on http://issues.freepbx.org referencing the last URL – in this example, pastebin.freepbx.org/view/adc523a7 - and we'll be able to investigate what caused this problem.
How to switch to a text console - Serial install
If you are using a SERIAL console to install your machine, your install will look like this:
Press Control-B and then n (lower case) to switch to the 'shell' window. That will look like this
As long as your machine has access to the internet, 'send-logs' will send all the required logfiles.
How to switch to a text console - VGA Install
Press Control-Alt-F2 Â (like Control-Alt-Delete, but you're pushing the F2 key on your keyboard instead of Delete) if you're in graphical mode, or just Alt-F2 if you're in text mode.
You can then run the 'send-logs' command from the text console.
Workaround after sending logs
To install FreePBX Distro 7 on this machine, you will need to select 'Advanced' at the boot screen and manually partition and layout your disks (or, remove/detach all other disks, so there is only one visible to the machine)
