PBX Platforms - Signup and Purchase Process

  1. Open up a web browser to https://cloud.pbxact.com

  2. Click on GET STARTED

  3. Select Services to purchase (Trunk + User includes 1 public inbound/outbound call path as a regular user extension). 

    • Note that if you are unsure of the definition of Trunk+User and User Only, please see PBX Platforms - Difference between a Trunk+User and User Only licenses

    • A minimum of 4 Trunk+User licenses is required to purchase a PBXact Cloud plan.

**You must purchase one phone number for e911 purposes. 

  1. You should select as many inbound numbers as the number of Trunk+User licenses selected above.

  2. Clicking NEXT will walk you through selecting additional services. At least one inbound number is required to move forward in the wizard.

  3. Select any Fax Service you desire. More Information about Fax Service can be found at SIPStation and FAXStation - FAXStation Overview

  4. Select any Sangoma Phone you would like to add to your order. More information about Sangoma's Full line of Phone products can be found at Phones - S-Series & DECT Phone Specs

** Note that you can now rent phones from Sangoma under 1 year or 3-year savings plans

  1. Select any PBX Add-Ons you would like to add

  2. If you are a returning http://Cloud.PBXact.com customer simply login. If you are new please click CREATE ACCOUNT.

  3. Submitting will take you the payment page and the option to choose a Cloud Plan and save money (note: Savings Plans only available for new accounts/customers at this time).

  4. Click SUBMIT ORDER to complete and start setup

  5. Your PBX is now being created and set up.  The status will update through the following cycles:

  6. Once everything is configured, you will be prompted with a Go To Your PBXact Cloud button which will take you into the PBXact Cloud Store and Service section.
