PBXact-How to purchase Queue Advanced license

All the PBXact Deployment have the softphone license by default so the PBXact users need to purchase Supervisor License and Queue License only.

 

1.Log in to portal at https://portal.sangoma.com/index.php

2.Navigate to Store=>Products=>PBXact=>PBXact Add Ons.

3.Enter the PBXact Deployment ID on the search box and then click on Next button.

4.Increase the quantity as per your business needs, and add the Supervisor and Queue licenses and click on the Finish button.

 

5.Go to Cart and click on checkout option to proceed with the payment.

6.Click on the Terms and Conditions box and click on the Process Order button to complete the order.

7. After purchasing the Advanced features license , update the license on your PBXact system where you can access the advanced queue features. Navigate to sysadmin → Activation and press the Update Activation button.
