XactView has the ability to allow a user to change their status and for any user to see the current status of other users.

 

  • Click on your username in the upper right hand corner of the page.

  • From here you can choose any status that your PBX admin has created on your system. New statuses can be created in the Presence State module of the PBX Admin GUI.

  • Anytime a status is changed here it updates the master status record of the PBX. Statuses can be changed from XactView as shown above or through Phone Apps or the User Control Panel (UCP).
