Network and WiFi Settings
Enabling Wi-Fi on the P330
With the phone booted in a factory default state, pressing the "Settings" soft key will display these menu options:
Using the navigation buttons or the corresponding number from the keypad, select "Network Settings" from the Settings Menu. From the Network Settings menu, scroll down until you can see and select "Wi-Fi Settings". There are more options in the menu than can be displayed on a single screen, scroll down as necessary:
Select "Wi-Fi Settings" and use the horizontal soft keys at the bottom to enable/disable Wi-Fi.
Down arrow will take you to the SSID field and reveal the 'Scan' soft key. Press it to scan for visible Wi-Fi SSIDs
Once the SSID scan completes, use the arrow and select buttons to choose the desired SSID (or enter it manually if the SSID is not broadcasted). Down arrow again to the Password field and enter the Wi-Fi password using conventional T9 input on the phone keypad.
Use the 'Show' soft key to reveal the entire password to review. Press the green "Submit" soft key when complete. The new Wi-Fi connection will be tested and, if okay, will prompt for a reboot. Once the phone comes back up, it will be connected via the Wi-Fi only.
Enabling Wi-Fi on the P370
With the phone in a factory default condition, when it boots press the "Reconfigure" button and you are presented with this screen
Select Network Settings → Wi-Fi Settings then toggle the Wi-Fi button to enable. It will immediately scan for Wi-Fi SSIDs
Select the SSID from the list (or key it in manually if it's not broadcasted). Confirm that the preselected Wi-Fi Key type is correct and enter the Wi-Fi password using the on-screen keyboard. While entering the password, note that dot's are echoed to the screen, but the character confirmation will stay displayed for as long as you hold your finger on the keyboard button. When finished press the green "Submit" button.
The phone will reboot and proceed with the provisioning process now connected to Wi-Fi.
Currently Provisioned Phone
The Network and Wi-Fi settings above are also accessible from the Admin Settings Menu if the phone has already been provisioned. You may need to enter the phone Admin password as set in Endpoint Manager → Global Settings.
