Remove phone from Redirect Server from Portal

  • Deleting a Phone makes it so that specific phone is not paired with your Organization anymore.  This is usually done if you sell your phone to someone else that way its not associated with your account anymore.

  • From within the Sangoma Portal at https://portal.sangoma.com click on the Products > Sangoma Phones > List to view all phones registered with your organization or search by MAC address for any phone registered with your organization.  If you are a reseller, you can also see all Phones registered to sub organizations under you.

     

  • Picking the List All Phones option will show you all phones in a gridview

     

  • Clicking on the Manage button will allow you to edit the settings for that phone.

  • From here you can click the delete button

Remove phone from Redirect Server Phone LCD

 

The above method works if you have access to the Organization's portal account. If that is not the case, you can delete the redirect from the Phone directly. To start, press the menu button, then settings:

 

Then press Advanced settings and enter the phone admin password:

 

Then select Remove Redirect, and confirm by answering OK to the confirmation that follows:
