Forgot SIPStation Password

Have you forgotten your password used to log into the SIPStation web site at http://www.sipstation.com? You can use the forgot password function to request a password reset.

1. Go to http://www.sipstation.com 

2. Click on forgot password at the top

3. Enter the e-mail address that is associated with your SIPStation account.

4. Click the Request Password button.
   
   

    

5. You'll receive a confirmation message on the next screen.
   
   

6. Check your e-mail for a message received from SIPStation. Click on the URL link in the e-mail.
   
   

    
    

7.  You will be taken to a web page where you can enter a new password. Fill out your e-mail address, and then enter your desired new password twice. (Take note of this new password.) Then, click the Reset Password button.
   
   

    

8. You should now be logged into your SIPStation account automatically.
