Warranty and RMAs
All FAXStation CPE devices ship with a one year warranty against hardware failures. If a unit is deemed to be defective or in need of service, at Sangoma's discretion, an RMA will be issued for the repair or replacement of the device. Customer is responsible for shipping of defective unit back to Sangoma within 30 days of RMA issuance. Failure to receive the defective unit will result in being billed for the replacement cost.

After the one year warranty period, the following schedule of prorated replacement applies:
Outside Warranty Period | Cost | Process |
0-6 months | $75 | Discounted unit can be purchased, old unit can be discarded. Shipping costs of replacement unit are billed to customer. |
6-12 months | $100 | Discounted unit can be purchased, old unit can be discarded. Shipping costs of replacement unit are billed to customer. |
12+ months | Retail | At 12 or more months past warranty expiration, RMA is no longer offered. Replacement unit can simply be ordered from the SIPStation portal at normal retail rates. |
