Switchvox Cloud - How Do I Remove Temporary Numbers Using Cloud Customer Portal?
1. Select your product from the PRODUCTS section of the portal.
In our example, we are using SIP Trunk.
2. Select the "Manage" Phone Numbers button.
3. Check the box beside the phone number(s) who wish to remove from your service.
4. Select the “Remove phone number from service” button.
5. Confirm your phone number removal by selecting “OK”.
6. The numbers you selected now show as "Pending Removal".
It can take up to 3 business days for numbers to be removed from service. Once this process is complete, the "Pending Removal" box will no longer be displayed and you will receive an email confirmation that the numbers have been removed.
