How to change displayed name?
While in a meeting:
Click on the 3 dots ( … ) icon in the meeting controls toolbar.
Select Settings from the menu.
Select Profile in the menu on the left side.
Enter the desired display name
Click the SAVE button on bottom right side of the page.
Keybard Shortcuts
Enable or Disable Keyboard Shortcuts
Click on the More Actions( …) icon at the bottom of the page.
Select the Settings option from the menu.
Select the Meetings option from the left side menu.
Click on the Enable keyboard shortcuts option.
Push-To-Talk:
If you mic is not already mute your mic.
To use the Push-To-Talk functionality, push and hold the keyboard Space Bar, while your holding the space bar your mic will be unmuted. Once you release the space bar the mic will be muted again.
How can I activate it ?
Once you're in the conference room, hit once the Space Bar or click with the mouse pointer on the Mic icon which will change to MUTED state.
How can I check is it working?
When Push-To-Talk feature is activated, your mic appears muted:
MUTED
Hitting the Space Bar you will see the mic icon changing state:
UNMUTED
Webcam
Hitting 'V' key on your keyboard will toggle Webcam Activated/Deactivated in a very fast way!
Full Screen Mode
Hitting 'S' key on your keyboard will toggle you from normal view to Full Screen and back!
Share Screen
Hitting 'D' key on your keyboard will pop up Share Screen tab where you can choose what to share/present into the room.
Chat Panel
Hitting 'C' key on your keyboard will open the Chat tab on the screen. you can start typing to the audience!
