How to Activate Your New Sangoma Meet Account

As a new Sangoma Meet user you should have received the email similar to the one below.

Email Subject: Welcome to Sangoma Meet!

Sender’s Email: noreply@sangoma.com

Note: It is advised to check spam folder for this email if it is not present in the Primary inbox.

Hi there!

Welcome to Sangoma Meet! We are thrilled to get you started on your video conferencing journey.

To activate your account, visit meet.sangoma.com and log in using your Sangoma credentials. You can also reset your password from the Sangoma Meet login page.

Once the email is received, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit “https://meet.sangoma.com/ ” or click on “Open Sangoma Meet” on the welcome email.

Step 2: Click the Login button on the top right corner:

Step 3: Log in with your Sangoma credentials (Use the same email address on which you received the Sangoma Meet welcome email)

Step 4: Click the “Sign in” button.

Step 5: Reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link

Step 6: Enter the same email Id on which you received Sangoma Meet welcome email on next step as shown below to receive a link to create a new password:


Step 7: After submitting the password rest request, user should get “Password reset” email from noreply@sangoma.com on their email ID.

Step 8: After clicking on “RESET MY PASSWORD” user will be taken to a webpage to generate a new password.

 

Step 9: Once user reset the password they can use the email ID (on which they received Welcome email) and password generated by following the above steps to login to meet.sangoma.com

You are now all set to enjoy seamless video meetings with Sangoma Meet!
