Sangoma Talk for Business Voice - Steps to Reset

Overview

To rest your Sangoma Talk Mobile application follow the steps below:

Using your Mobile phone.

  • Open the Sangoma Talk app on your mobile device

iPhone

Android

  • Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner

  • Click “Reset Application” at the bottom of the screen.

  • Click on the first 3 dot      ⋮      icon in the upper right corner.

  • Click “Settings

  • Click “Reset Application” at the bottom of the screen

Using the Business Voice Portal

  • Click here to access the Business Voice Portal.

  • Select Individual Phone Settings.

  • Click on the Resend Invitation Link.

  • Once you receive the requested link, click on the invitation link and sign in to Sangoma Talk again to complete the reset.
