Sangoma Portal/Store - How to edit Product

We assign each registered product a unique Deployment ID. You will be prompted to enter this ID whenever you purchase someething for that product or open a support ticket for related support. Deployment IDs are unique to specific hardware and can't be used on a different machine.

The following instructions explain how to edit a deployment using the Portal web site.


To View or Edit Deployments in the Portal:

  1. Log into your Portal account at https://portal.sangoma.com

  2. Select Products → List All in the navigation menu.

     

  3. You will now see a list of all your Deployments and their unique randomly generated Deployment IDs.

The deployment ID number is the "Deployment Name." Do not confuse "Location Name" with "Deployment Name." The location name is the friendly name assigned to the deployment to help you identify it.
