SWVX-13127 Directed Pickup calls are not recorded

Description: When a call comes into a queue and is answered using Directed Pickup, the call is not recorded, even when the extension answering the call has a Call Recording Rule.

Workaround: The call can be recorded by starting a manual recording using the phone or Switchboard.
