Attachments and Reactions

You can send an emoji to react to a message by switching to the emoji keyboard on your phone and selecting the desired emoji.
maximum size limit for attachments to be sent as MMS is 1 MB.
Notifications
You can configure your notification settings from your mobile device Notification Center.
Contacts
Your SMS contact list is tied to your “TeamHub Personal Contacts” located under the Contact tab.
Once a number is stored in your personal contact list, the conversations will show the contact name. If you have started a conversation before the number was saved as a contact, the contact name will not be displayed.
The contacts in the mobile app cannot be updated. To add or update a contact, please use the Contacts tab in TeamHub.
With the mobile app, you can view and start a new conversation with your “Company Directory, Personal Contacts, Phonebook” and by typing a phone number.
Conversation Lists
All your conversations will be stored and top 30 conversations will be displayed.
The conversation list will be synced to the Desktop/Web version. So, if you are sent a message via Sangoma SMS on TeamHub, you will be able to see the same list of conversations both on Desktop and Mobile app.
You can close a conversation, which will remove it from your view. The conversation will re-appear if you receive or send a new message to the same contact or number.
If the number is saved as a personal contact (currently, only available via TeamHub Contacts app), the conversation will show the contact name.
