How to Access Sangoma Send
Sangoma Send can be accessed in 2 different ways. If you are using Sangoma’s TeamHub navigate to the Apps gallery inside the homepage and Select Send.
Sangoma Send can also be accessed directly via this link https://apps.sangoma.com and then select Send from the menu displayed on the left side of the TeamHub apps page.

Getting Started - This option displays the getting started page shown above.
Dashboard - The Dashboard displays contacts statistics and an overview of the selected Campaign. For more information reference the Dashboard Guide by clicking HERE.
Contacts - Contacts is where the contacts are managed. For detailed instruction on managing contacts reference the Contacts Guide by clicking HERE.
Mailing List - A Mailing List is a group of contacts that can be assigned to Campaigns. The contacts in the mailing list will be sent the campaign message once it is submitted. For detailed instruction on managing mailing list reference the Mailing List Guide by clicking HERE.
Segments - Segments provides the ability to create distribution lists that includes either filter contacts or 1 or more mailing list. For detailed instruction on managing segments reference the Segments Guide by clicking HERE.
Unsubscribed - Unsubscribe display a list of the contacts that have unsubscribe from campaign categories.
Campaign - Campaign is where the actually message is defined along with who to send the message to and when to send it. For detailed instruction on managing campaigns reference the Campaign Guide by clicking HERE.
Activity - Activities provide the 3 options listed below. For more information reference the Activities Guide by clicking HERE.

Numbers Management - Displays a list on SMS Number that are not currently link to any campaigns. You can remove these numbers from the list so that they can be used at a later time.
