CommUnity Infrastructure Update: July 9, 2025
Sangoma will be performing planned infrastructure updates to the CommUnity Platform on July 9th at 1:00 AM ET.
As part of our backend infrastructure upgrades, our IP addresses will be updated and this change may affect some customers who have currently whitelisted our datacenter IP addresses.
What to Expect
Deployment/ update window: Up to 120 minutes
Potential Impact:
Service Interruption- Brief delays or interruptions not on active calls (typically 3–7 minutes, depending on client DNS cache)
MS Teams Integration: May experience registration issues (due to static DNS behavior); devices may need manual re-registration
Parking Feature: Phones may take 10–20 minutes to re-subscribe

LA Public Network: 69.168.214.128/26
SIP Address: 69.168.214.138
Content Service Address: 69.168.214.158
