Overview of Outlook Click to DialÂ
When a user clicks on the "Fonality" tab, the "Disable/Enable" button appears and the "Account Settings" button appears in the top left corner.
When a user installs the Outlook Click to Dial plugin, the "Fonality" tab appears in Outlook.Â
Click on "Account Settings" for the "Fonality" modal to appear, which allows the user to sign in to Outlook Click to Dial by using their HUDWeb credentials. Â
Click on the "Disable/Enable" highlight button to disable or enable Outlook Click to Dial (it says "Disable Highlight" with a red line through it when Outlook Click to Dial is enabled).  Â
Step-by-Step Instructions to Login and Enable Highlighting
To login:Â
Precondition: User has the plugin installed Â
Click on the "Fonality" tab Â
Click on the "Fonality" iconÂ
Click on the "Account Settings" button (a Fonality modal appears)Â
Enter a valid "User Name"Â
Enter a valid "Password"
Click on the "Login" buttonÂ
There should be a message on the bottom of the modal: "Login Successfully"Â
To enable phone number highlighting:Â
Prerequisite: User is logged into Outlook Click to Dial Â
Click on the "Fonality" tab Â
Click on the "Fonality" icon Â
There should be a red line going through the "Fonality" icon "Disable Highlight." Phone numbers in an email should also be highlighted green

Trouble updating Outlook Plug-ins?

 Follow these steps:

Uninstall the old Click to Dial plug-in
Install the new Click to Dial plug-in
Click on the "File" tab within Outlook
Click on the "Manage COM Add-Ins" button
Click on the "Enable this add-in" button
