Enterprise Record All 'Pause' User Guide

As a User of a Fonality system utilizing Enterprise Record All, there may be times where you have to pause a call recording for any number of reasons. To pause a recording you will need to access your User Panel in the Record All interface.
Your Fonality administrator creates your login for you. So reach out to your Fonality Admin to get your username, password, and the URL for the Record All service.
Navigate to your Record All URL via a major web browser, and enter your Username and Password to get logged in.
Once you are logged into your Record All User Panel, it is simple to pause your live call.
Navigate to the 'LIVE' tab at the top of the User Panel to view your live/active calls.
You will see there is Pause button you can click to toggle if the call is recorded or not recorded.
If you pause your call recording, you will see the Pause button to a Record button. You will also identify the current record status from the Live tab.
