Forward all my calls - How do I?
Login to your User Panel (As an Administrator you can access the User Panel by clicking "Login" next to their extension under Users/Extension -> View Users.)
Click on Features
Check the circle next to Forward my calls to a single number
Set Forward after: to 0 seconds and enter your number in the next box
(Optional) Check the box before If forwarded extension does not answer, return to my voicemail.
Click Apply All Changes
