How do I save a report as a PDF?

Most modern web browsers will allow you to print a web page into a file directly - in our case, a PDF file.

  1. In your web browser, click File --> print

  2. Within the Print options window, select  Print to File (some computers may list 'Print as PDF' as an option)

  3. Select the type as PDF (unless already specified in Step #2)

  4. Click Ok and choose the output location (use Desktop for convenience unless you have a folder specifically for reports)

Not all web browsers will output the web page exactly as displayed using the Print to PDF option. 

Fonality has tested these instructions with Firefox 3, and recommends customers use Firefox whenever possible.
