Upgrade my system software - How do I?

  1. Click on Options --> update (note that this tab only appears when there is an update available)

  2. Review the items listed for update

  3. Click "Update" at the bottom of the page

NOTE: Fonality recommends that you plan a period of time for each software upgrade.  Some updates require that the PBXtra software reset.  Whenever the software resets, you will be unable to place or receive calls until the software restarts fully.  For this reason, we provide the update tab so that customers have full control over when and how they update their systems.
