Presence State Module

What is the Presence State module used for?

The Presence State module lets you control which presence states are available for your users to choose from in select applications. Examples of presence states are "available," "unavailable," "DND / Do Not Disturb," "Away," and more.

How is the Presence State Module related to the other modules?

Other applications pull a list of states created within the Presence State module.

Applications that currently use these states include:

  • XactView V3

  • iSymphony V3

  • User Control Panel

  • XMPP client connected to your PBX through an XMPP module

  • Sangoma Phone Apps

  • Zulu

How do I get to the Presence State module?

  • Log in to the FreePBX UI

  • On the top menu click Admin

  • In the drop down click Presence State
