Enabling CDR CSV Logging

To enable CDR CSV logging to /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv add the following to /etc/asterisk/cdr.conf

[general]
enable=yes
loggingsafeshutdown=yes

[csv]
usegmtime=yes
loguniqueid=yes
loguserfield=yes
